This back pack is designed to comfortably carry a Hooligan tool, a Mini Thunder Sledge and /or Thunder Maul, bolt cutters. It is made of 1000 denier Nytaneon and is heavily padded with closed cell foam. Each tool has its own pouch and Velcro retention straps. The pouches are provided with a drain hole. The back pack itself is contoured to the shape of your back. The shoulder strap and chest strap are fully adjustable along with the waist strap. All New Feature: each pouch is lined with Talon FLex plastic insert to ensure strength as well as protection to the operator from sharp edges. NOTE: tools are not included but we do have kits available
